Definition
The English Private Landlord Survey is a national survey commissioned periodically by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities of landlords and letting agents who own and/or manage privately rented properties in England.
It provides useful insights into how landlords acquire, let, manage and maintain privately rented accommodation.
