Renters' Rights Bill Explained - Free training on Youtube with iphone showing training

This is my original 5 part free training course for landlords and property businesses to help them understand and prepare for when the Renters’ Rights Bill comes into force as the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, plus an extra one released in March 2025 on the penalties.

The focus on the training is straightforward practical advice, without the politics and the campaigning.

Part 1 explains the new periodic assured tenancy system, Part 2 goes through checklists for the new obligations, Part 3 is about what happens when Section 21 is abolished, Part 4 looks at it from a “customer journey” point of view and Part 5 is focused on how to get ready for the implementation of the Renters’ Rights Act.

If you could give the videos a thumbs up if you find them useful, and subscribe to my new channel.

You can find updated content in this YouTube playlist: Renters’ Rights Bill Latest Updates, and I provide links to each of the newer videos below.
